1. Our Products Hellzapoppin Trading Co. sells custom screen printed T-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, apparel, and other merchandise. We also sell merchandise on behalf of our clients through our online store.

2. Orders and Payment All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Payment is required at checkout. Prices are shown in USD and do not include shipping or applicable taxes.

3. Shipping We ship orders within the United States. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order ships, risk of loss passes to you and the shipping company. Any orders outside the US, please contact us to make those shipping arrangements.

4. Returns and Refunds Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy. Custom or personalized items are generally non-returnable unless the item is defective due to our manufacturing error.

5. Product Variations Screen printed colors and apparel may vary slightly from photos due to the nature of printing and differences in monitors and fabrics.

6. Intellectual Property All designs, logos, and artwork on this store belong to Hellzapoppin Trading Co. or our clients. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hellzapoppin Trading Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
